We are seeking experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to join our growing domiciliary care team at Dame Care Solutions.
If you have at least 1 year of care experience and are confident supporting clients in their own homes, we would like to hear from you.
As a CQC-registered provider based in Bordon, Hampshire, we deliver high-quality, person-centred home care across Hampshire and Surrey — and we are expanding our team to meet increasing demand.

Types of Care You Will Deliver
* Personal care
* Dementia care
* Companionship
* Respite care
* Live-in care
* Night care
* Hospital discharge support
* Home help
* Specialist care including stoma and complex needs
Your Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
* Support with personal care and mobility
* Assist with medication prompts
* Prepare meals and support nutrition
* Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
* Complete accurate care records
* Report changes in client condition to management
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 1 year care experience
* Domiciliary care experience preferred
* Confidence supporting clients with dementia
* Professional communication skills
* Reliable, punctual and flexible
* Willing to work evenings, weekends or live-in shifts where required
* Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2/3 desirable
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
