About the Role One of mylocal government clients is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Freedom of information Complaints officer to lead on all matters related to information governance, including complaints, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, Subject Access Requests (SARs), and GDPR compliance. As the main point of contact for these areas, you will play a key role in advising senior management, service leads, and, where applicable, schools on relevant legislation and internal processes.
