Overview
As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the kitchen operation, help achieve high food and service standards, and work with the team to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with all the team and develop great working relationships with all team members
* Take responsibility for ensuring standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, and ensure food safety and health and safety policies and procedures are in place
* Assist in leading the kitchen operation alongside the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food and service for guests

Qualifications
* You understand the operations of a large, fresh food focused pub or restaurant, with experience in a similar role.
* Understand GP’s and stock management.
* Ability to inspire, motivate and support the development of the wider kitchen team.
* Competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene and company specifications.
