We are currently recruiting a Pharmaceutical Production Operator to join a specialist manufacturing team based in Glasgow. This is a day/back shift, Monday to Friday role, offering structured training and long-term career development within a regulated GMP environment.
The successful candidate will support the manufacture of sterile products, working in cleanroom conditions and following strict GMP and quality procedures. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for individuals with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or a science-related background who are keen to develop within the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Cleanroom preparation, cleaning and equipment sterilisation
Aseptic manufacturing and final filling activities
Accurate completion of batch records and documentation
Adherence to GMP, quality and safety standards
Supporting housekeeping, audit readiness and team objectives
About you:
Previous experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Comfortable working shifts and flexible to meet production demands
A reliable team player with good communication skills
