Working in the Fera Executive Business Support team, you’ll be part of a central point of contact to Fera Executives. This role will have principal responsibility to provide support and deliver services to the JV Board, it’s Committees. The duties will include providing an accurate and timely Secretariat service to the Board in provision of agendas, recording detailed minutes of meetings, and ensuring sign of all meetings in a timely fashion. Support in note taking and maintaining actions for other meetings may also be required.

Salary: £27k - £29k pro rata
Location: Hybrid- BioTech Campus YO411LZ
Working pattern: ~15 hours per week, preferably over 3 days
Start date: ASAP depending on recruitment and onboarding timelines.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing support top directors of our business through diary management, meeting support and administrative tasks
* Preparing for and attending meetings, producing accurate minutes
* Planning and ensuring smooth facilitation of successful high-level meetings for the board and Fera Exec team
* Planning and booking travel & events
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office systems.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to Communicate effectively in person and in writing.
* An aptitude to plan and prioritise tasks, review and evaluate progress against objectives and investigate alternative scenarios.
* Demonstrable experience of complex minute taking
* Experience in scheduling and facilitating meetings
