A growing business is looking for a Senior Data & Insights Analyst to join their customer analytics team.
The Role
You’ll sit within the customer analytics function, focusing on understanding and optimising the customer journey from initial enquiry through to conversion. This role is highly insight-driven, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and driving business decisions through data.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analysing the end-to-end customer journey to identify opportunities and friction points
* Reporting on sales funnel performance, including conversions and drop-offs
* Evaluating marketing performance across channels, including ROI and spend efficiency
* Delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the business
Skills & Experience
* Strong SQL skills (essential)
* Experience with Power BI (Tableau also considered), including DAX
* Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders
* Experience translating data into meaningful business insights
