Overview
Due to growth, we are currently recruiting for Workshop & Field Service Mechanical Engineers on behalf of a leading service provider with vast experience in heavy and industrial Electrical, Mechanical & Control services.
They work across a wide range of industry sectors including Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Aggregate and much more. Sites they work on include process plants, power stations, utilities, aggregate production, CHP plants, and petrochemical.
The successful candidates will be based from the Brentwood branch with responsibilities covering various sites and installations across the UK, primarily in the southeast region.
Candidate must have experience within the heavy engineering sectors, good rotating equipment knowledge and hand on skills and abilities. Scope is to maintain, repair, and overhaul various equipment assets such as pumps, turbines, valves, gearbox, conveyors, and coolers etc.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who have completed a trade apprenticeship and have at least 5 years experience outside of an apprenticeship.
This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, paying £42k - £47k per annum depending on experience. Perks include annual bonus, overtime, van & fuel card, 28 days annual leave plus stats, pension, healthcare benefits, training and development opportunities etc.
