My client is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their growing team in Northwich.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for a varied client portfolio, ensuring accurate, compliant and first‑class service at all times.
* Manage payrolls from start to finish for a portfolio of clients.
* Process Auto Enrolment and BACS payments.
* Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
* Keep up to date with payroll legislation and compliance.
* Work closely with colleagues, HMRC and third‑party providers.
* Support problem solving and continuous improvement within the payroll function.
Qualifications
* Previous payroll experience within a bureau or practice.
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and Auto Enrolment.
* Ability to manually calculate payrolls.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, positive and team‑focused approach.
