Reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations, you'll be an integral part of the Clinical Management Team, acting as an ambassador for the company and overseeing daily operations and service delivery to ensure quality outcomes and financial performance.
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will provide the highest standard of care to self-pay and private medical insured patients, following established clinical pathways from initial triage to discharge.
You will also drive team performance through direct management of practitioners and support staff, maintaining standards aligned with company objectives.
Clinical Management
* Maintain a clinical caseload (approx. 85-90%)
* Manage clinic performance and optimization
* Increase revenue through service channels, partnerships, and networking
* Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations, preparing the clinic for audits year-round
* Continuously improve clinic standards
* Handle clinical complaints or issues as the first point of contact
* Ensure consistent product delivery and customer experience
* Adhere to local health and safety regulations
* Maintain technical equipment
* Monitor stock levels and supplies
* Supervise and guide site staff, evaluating performance regularly
* Manage budgets effectively
Commercial & Team Management
* Oversee daily team operations
* Manage team performance with regular reviews in line with KPIs
* Report performance trends to management
* Improve local operations and financial results
* Conduct inductions and training for new staff
* Identify marketing and partnership opportunities to attract new clients and referrals
Essential Skills
* BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree (minimum)
* Full registration with HCPC and CSP
* Ability to work independently following clinical pathways
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Previous managerial experience
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills/Qualifications
* Experience in generating new business and managing a client caseload
* Experience in private healthcare sector
* Over 3 years of relevant post-graduate clinical experience
