Job Title: Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temp to Perm) Location: Great Bridge Salary: £12.56 per hour (Equivalent to £24,500 FTE) Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible over 3 or 4 days) Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (12-week temp period) Description: We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Great Bridge for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a part-time, temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced purchase ledger professional seeking flexible hours and long-term stability in a supportive working environment. Duties will include: * Processing and coding supplier invoices * Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies * Preparing and processing supplier payments via BACS * Reconciling supplier statements * Handling credit notes, queries, and missing invoices * Investigating aged creditors * Maintaining accurate supplier records and assisting with cash flow monitoring * Liaising with suppliers and internal departments * Supporting general finance administration Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role * Strong Excel skills (Sage experience preferred) * Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to work independently and manage own workload * GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English Benefits: * Weekly pay during temporary period (through Hariley Solutions) * Accrued holiday pay * Free on-site parking * Company pension * Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects * Flexible working hours to suit you (3 or 4 days per week) Interested?
