Calling all creative team players!
Innovative and exciting high-end creative studio and property developer is seeking a warm, proactive and muck-in Team Assistant and Office Manager to join their dynamic and sociable creative studio. This is a varied, people-facing role at the heart of a fun, ambitious and fast-paced team. First jobbers welcome, but some office experience is required. This could be an internship or work experience during school/college/university.

The Role
\t
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and act as front-of-house
\t
* Meet and greet visitors; manage calls, inbox, post and deliveries
\t
* Support the Directors and team with proactive administrative, diary and travel
\t
* Manage meeting rooms, agendas, refreshments and minutes
\t
* Liaise with architects, designers, PR, photographers and external suppliers
\t
* Maintain an organised, welcoming and well-stocked studio environment
\t
* Support onboarding, HR admin and team wellbeing initiatives
\t
* Assist with invoices, expenses and general office administration
\t
* Support marketing activity, content shoots and website updates
\t
* Organise team socials, events and studio celebrations
The Candidate

* Hard-working, upbeat and highly organised with a “can-do” attitude

* A natural people person with strong emotional intelligence
\t
* Meticulous eye for detail and pride in creating a great workplace
\t
* Happy to muck in, no task too big or too small
\t
* Some office experience required (internships/part-time whilst studying/grad schemes ok)
\t
* Creative studio, property, architecture or design experience/interest
