Role: Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1-6 years PQE)
Location: Manchester/Hybrid working
Hours: Full time
Salary package: Negotiable + Benefits + Flexible Hours

Our friendly and compassionate team is on the lookout for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1-6 years PQE). This role would be ideal for an experienced solicitor looking for the next step in their career in a role they can truly make their own.
We’re a niche legal firm focused on securing swift access to rehabilitation for our clients. We take a holistic approach to client care.
We’re especially interested in hearing from specialist clinical negligence lawyers who are looking to work on complex cases and fully manage a meaningful and fulfilling caseload. This is a fantastic chance to work directly with the clients on quality cases such as brain injuries, spinal injuries, fatal cases and pro-bono cases.
Who we’re looking for
* PQE grade B or above
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
* A person with in-depth knowledge of personal injury laws and legal procedures
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Empathetic approach towards clients
* A good understanding of GDPR and Anti-Money Laundering
What you’ll do
* Handle your own high-value caseload from start to finish with assistance from senior colleagues in the team when appropriate
* Participate in relevant conferences, training, and meetings
* Evaluate liability based on medical records
* Represent clients at hearings when appropriate rights and expertise are in place
* Conduct progress and supervisory reviews
* Estimate claims and prepare loss schedules
* Provide updates and support to clients via phone or in person, adhering to the firm’s client care standards
* Negotiate with third parties for clients
* Mentor and lead junior members of the team
* Take part in networking and fundraising for our partner charities
