We are seeking a graduate to join our Research & Insights team, based in our Knutsford office.
In this role, you'll:
* Receive extensive training and support from an expert team.
* Shape search strategies and objectives through in-depth market research.
* Identify and engage top talent using creative sourcing methods.
* Conduct detailed interviews and recommend qualified candidates to our Partners.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality reports and insights.
* Share knowledge, challenge assumptions, and ensure best practices across projects.
