We are working with a specialist provision in Bolton seeking a dedicated teacher to support secondary-aged pupils working at a KS1 level. This role is ideal for a teacher who is patient, adaptable and confident delivering highly differentiated learning to pupils with a range of complex needs. The Role Teaching secondary-aged pupils accessing a KS1-style curriculum Delivering engaging, personalised lessons that focus on communication, engagement and life skills Working closely with LSAs, SENCOs and therapists to support individual EHCP targets Creating a calm, structured and nurturing classroom environment Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, MLD and complex needs The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS/QTLS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification) Has experience teaching in a SEND, SEMH or specialist provision Confident differentiating for pupils working significantly below age-related expectations Strong behaviour management with a trauma-informed, child-centred approach Calm, resilient and genuinely passionate about SEND education What’s On Offer Competitive daily rate of £150 – £210 per day Immediate start available Ongoing support from a dedica...
