Description At Essential Pharma, we understand the critical importance of a seamless supply chain in ensuring our products reach patients without any disruptions. As a member of our Supply Chain team, you'll play a pivotal role in this process. You will need to mitigate out of stocks by ensuring manufacturers, importers and wholesalers are working together to maintain continuous supply. Moreover, you'll serve as the bridge between our commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing partners to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation. Requirements Qualifications We take a flexible approach to qualifications, prioritising an individual's unique experiences and their potential contributions to our organization A certification in supply chain management or related field can be helpful in this role Experience Significant experience in a pharmaceutical industry and / or in FMCG Experience of forecasts, planning and inventory management Proven experience of having an analytical / numerical /data driven approach Proven experience in supplier relationship management and negotiation.
