We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our IT sales team, drive revenue, and shape our vendor partnerships for 2026 and beyond. What You’ll Do * Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets. * Build and execute smart sales plans to grow revenue and margins across new and existing accounts. * Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Take a hands-on approach to mentoring, setting KPIs, and fostering a culture of accountability and achievement. * Work closely with leadership to align sales strategy and vendor solutions with business goals. * Support your team in closing key deals and developing new opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing and support teams to keep R-Com the easiest partner to work with. * Present performance updates to senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations. What You’ll Bring * Strong knowledge of software and hardware solutions, digital workspaces, and licensing requirements. * At least 2 years of proven success managing B2B sales teams in ICT, tech, or consulting. * Consistent record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets. * Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and meet individual goals. * Skilled in CRM management, data analysis, and opportunity tracking. * Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. * Confident working on-site full-time in Stockport. * Full UK driving licence and own transport. Bonus: Experience with VMware Cloud or an existing vendor/client network.
