We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Hendon, Barnet, Greater London. This is a permanent 39‑hour full‑time position, working a variety of shifts, 5 days a week. Full‑time positions require full flexibility, including weekends.
Pay & Benefits
Hourly pay: £13.11
Guaranteed 39 hours per week (£511 per week). Overtime may be available.

Responsibilities
* Support the manager in leading the team, ensuring efficient shop operation and great customer service.
* Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries worked quickly and routine tasks completed.
* Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop the team of retail assistants.
* Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
Qualifications
* A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach.
* People skills – able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Trustworthy and reliable, dependable in a small team.
* Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries is welcome but not required.
