Benefits for the Successful Parts Advisor: Salary up to £29,000 per annum plus performance-based bonus scheme Overtime paid at time and a half 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Employee car benefit scheme offering cost-effective options Access to full manufacturer-accredited training Company pension scheme and additional employee benefits Career development opportunities within a major UK dealer group operating for over 90 years Duties as a Parts Advisor: Handling trade and retail customer parts enquiries promptly and professionally Accurately identifying, picking, and dispatching parts orders Managing parts stock control and inventory Supplying parts to Vehicle Technicians in the workshop efficiently Maintaining excellent customer service standards both face-to-face and via telephone Using electronic parts catalogue systems daily, with potential experience in Kerridge/Keyloop being advantageous Collaborating with the Parts Manager to ensure stock levels and product availability are optimised Requirements for the Parts Advisor Position: Previous experience in vehicle parts sales or workshop supply, ideally within a franchise-approved dealership or motor factor IT literate, with experience using electronic parts catalogue systems UK driving licence with minimal points Strong customer service and sales skills, with a friendly, confident telephone manner Resident in or near Swansea Motivated, reliable, and able to work well within a team environment The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The role involves working 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am to 12:00pm, with additional pay at time and a half.
