Full time40 Hours per weekMonday to FridayCompetitive per annum plus our Sodexo employee benefits packageOpportunities for professional developmentSoft Services ManagerEpsom, KT18 5UX - Full timeChatter LineAt Sodexo, we're passionate about our people.We know that our teams are the key to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences for our clients, customers, and employees.We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Soft Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.As a Soft Services Manager you'll:Lead all aspects of soft FM delivery, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and workplace experience.Drive a culture of five-star service, quality, and attentiveness across all touchpoints.Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted service partner.Inspire, develop, and manage a multi-disciplinary team to deliver consistently exceptional standards.Oversee VIP visits, executive events, and corporate hospitality experiences.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards, maintaining continuous improvement.Manage budgets effectively, delivering value while maintaining premium quality.Champion innovation and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.What we're looking for:Minimum of three years' managerial experience in a similar environment.IOSH or NEBOSH Safety Certification required.Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for service excellence.Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience desirable.Highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing needs.Why Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
