Driver Hire Bournemouth and Salisbury are now offering an exciting temp-perm opportunity for a HGV Class 1 drivers with our client in Bournemouth.
This is a Trainee Car Transporter role. No previous Transporter experience is required, but you will need a minimum of 2 years recent commercial Class 1 experience.

Days: Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: £17.37 (basic) - £19.61 (nights) - £20.73 (weekends) - £25 night-out allowance (for tramping work). Quoted rate is for PAYE advance holiday pay.
As a HGV Driver you MUST have:
* a valid UK Class 1 HGV driving licence
* a valid CPC and digital tachograph card
* no more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN codes)
* your own transport to get to and from work
As a HGV Driver you will be responsible for:
1. Safely operating HGVs to transport goods to various locations
2. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, colleagues, and customers
3. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
4. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
