ROLE OVERVIEW:
As part of the Client Relations team, you will help profile, manage, and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ensuring every Gumball participant receives a world-class experience.
Through a targeted approach — and by leveraging both the brand’s global platform and your own network — you will contribute to the growth of Gumball’s client base. You’ll also utilise existing brand events, as well as curate your own networking opportunities, to build long-standing relationships with clients from across the automotive and luxury sectors.
This role combines sales, relationship management, and operational support, offering a dynamic pathway for a young, driven professional to grow within an iconic lifestyle brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects within the global automotive and luxury lifestyle community.
* Proactively engage existing and new clients through calls, meetings, and events — promoting upcoming rallies, routes, and exclusive experiences.
* Support the Client Relations team in profiling, onboarding, and managing participants to deliver a world-class, personalised service.
* Generate and qualify leads using Salesforce CRM, while maintaining accurate records, reports, and client documentation.
* Assist with event coordination, travel logistics, and client requests before, during, and after the rally.
* Identify sales and engagement opportunities through strong communication, attention to detail, and an understanding of client needs.
* Represent the Gumball 3000 brand at events, providing exceptional service and upholding the company’s luxury standards.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
* Proven sales or client-facing experience within the luxury, automotive, or lifestyle sectors.
* Strong car knowledge — particularly within supercars, motorsport, and automotive culture.
* Understanding of, or existing connections within, high-net-worth networks.
* Confident, articulate communicator — both over the phone and in person.
* Experienced in using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and managing client databases.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills — highly competent with spreadsheets, systems, and reporting.
* Customer service-focused, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
* Can identify subtle client cues and turn conversations into meaningful commercial opportunities.
* Highly motivated self-starter — ambitious, hardworking, and eager to impress.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
