We seek to appoint a Behaviour Manager to join the Team at Barlby High School to lead out behaviour and pastoral support provision, helping to create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment where every student can thrive.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will manage our behaviour team, drive positive behaviour strategies and analyse key behaviour data. You will work closely with other colleagues, families and external agencies to support student success.
