Logistics Administrator Your new company We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support the efficient coordination of day-to-day logistics operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the logistics team. Your new role Coordinate and manage transport bookings, deliveries, and collections Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and stock movements Process and update logistics documentation, including delivery notes and invoices Support inventory control and stock management processes Handle customer and supplier queries in a professional and timely manner Assist with scheduling and route planning where required Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook) Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Experience with logistics or warehouse systems (desirable but not essential) What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
