As a Customer Service Assistant (CSA), you will be responsible for supporting your store to deliver high standards of customer service, availability, presentation, compliance, and engagement with your local community. You will work as part of a diverse and motivated team that aims to attract and delight both new and existing customers, supporting the ongoing growth and evolution of our business.

Normal working pattern:
Saturday 5pm - 10pm. Our working patterns are non-contractual and may be subject to change.
