We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sports Graduate to join a forward-thinking secondary school in the Salford area as a Teaching Assistant. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has completed their degree and is keen to build a career in education, youth work, or coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Work with small groups or individual students to boost progress, behaviour, and confidence
* Assist with the organisation and delivery of PE lessons and extracurricular sports activities
* Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain a focused classroom environment
* Provide pastoral support and act as a positive role model to students across the school
The ideal candidate will:
* Have completed a degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field
* Be available full-time, Monday to Friday, during school hours
* Be passionate about supporting young people in a school setting
* Have a confident, proactive, and professional attitude
* Be interested in pursuing a career in teaching, coaching, or youth work
