Customer Advisor – B&Q Oxford
Part‑time, 15 hours per week. Permanent Contract.
Shifts available Monday to Sunday, 7:00‑10:00pm.
Notional hourly rate £13.52 (incl. £0.81 store allowance).

What’s the job?
As a Customer Advisor, you will be an expert advisor and guide for customers, helping them with home improvement projects. Your responsibilities include sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and maintaining a great store appearance. You will also be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, but your main focus will be excellent customer service.
What We Need
Friendly and outgoing, happy to help, eager to learn, and slightly obsessed with home improvement. You enjoy working with customers and with new technology. You thrive in a team environment and are flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
