The Vacancy
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Student Zone Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support students and staff by facilitating access to resources, including IT and multimedia, and assist with learner engagement in our Student Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support and guide users in accessing resources and IT equipment within the Student Zone.
2. Assist in implementing learner engagement strategies and enrichment activities.
3. Be proactive in developing new ideas and implementing new initiatives within the Student Zone.
4. To develop and maintain ‘how to guides’ for the use of a range of resources held in the Student Zone as and when needed
5. Be responsible for the processing of resources within the Student Zone, ensuring that all learning resources are maintained and updated accordingly
Requirements:
6. Strong IT and resource management skills.
7. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
8. Ability to support and engage learners effectively.
