Job Title: Remote Working Conveyancing Fee Earner
My client is an established law firm specializing in residential property, experiencing significant growth over the past five years. They are seeking additional Remote Working Conveyancing Fee Earners to join their expanding team, aligned with their ambitious expansion plans.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of approximately 65-75 files, ensuring timely completion of transactions.
2. Collaborate with Conveyancing Assistants and Sales Progressors, delegating tasks to meet targets and deadlines.
3. Provide excellent customer service to clients, buyers, vendors, and third parties, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates.
4. Obtain and verify land registry documents and title deeds, and draft legal documents such as contracts and Land Registry documents.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory frameworks including CLA, SRA, and solicitor account rules.
6. Represent the firm professionally to partner agents, clients, and other stakeholders involved in transactions.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Conveyancer, licensed conveyancer, solicitor (NQ to 5 years PQE), or equivalent.
2. At least 12 months of case handling experience, with the ability to manage Freehold, Leasehold, and unregistered land titles.
3. Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines proactively.
6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
