You will lead to immediate real-world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses and as a result, increased customer profitability.You will lead by example retaining a 40% hands-on component in this customer-facing role. You will promote and maximise the value of our data by collaborating with engagement managers and external business leaders.The comprehensive solutions that you and your team build will go head-to-head against some of the most motivated attackers in the world to protect billions in revenue.ResponsibilitiesManaging, leading and promoting a team of 3-5 analysts. Scope and plan deliverables, ensuring that your team’s delivery is on track. Motivate your team to grow in their rolesPerforming data analysis to identify both high-risk and trusted behaviours, translating findings into actionable insights. Ranging from intuitive rules to high-performing policy score optimisations. which will be deployed live in the ThreatMetrix®decision engineStaying ahead of fraud & industry trends and continuously propose new ways to fight emerging & dormant threats. Inspire the wider team to do the same and think outside the box, beyond the data etcProducing materials summarising your analysis and present compelling narratives to customers and prospects. Guide your team to do the same through regular coaching, brainstorming and maintaining of best practice documentationCollaborating with wider teams. These include Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to help shape and improve our products and external messagingDemonstrating a professional and customer-centric persona when interacting directly with customers on a regular basis via phone, e-mail, and chatRequirementsDemonstrate Analytics management experience in the security, fraud, financial crime or payments industry. Have a fluency in SQL that allows you to effortlessly scale up original ideas generated through your close analysis.
