Job Title: Litigation Assistant - Defendant Motor InjurySalary: £23,000 to £30,000Location: Sheffield City Centre (with hybrid working) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
* Handling a pre-litigated and post-litigated defendant motor injury caseload from cradle to grave.
* Working on a variety of personal injury related matters along the small claims track or within the fast-track claims management arena.
* Representing leading road and motor insurance companies, focussing on litigation planning, mediation strategy and case resolution.
