Lenovo is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative to support our Large Enterprise and Public Sector team. This hybrid role involves close collaboration with Account Managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, with occasional travel to customer sites and Lenovo offices. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth through structured processes and strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
 1. Support Account Managers in managing enterprise and public sector accounts, ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies and client engagement.
 2. Coordinate promotional activities, including raising, tracking, and closing promotions in alignment with Lenovo’s internal systems and timelines.
 3. Maintain and update sales documentation, templates, and promotional calendars to ensure accuracy and accessibility across the team.
 4. Monitor stock levels across multiple accounts and collaborate with distribution partners to align inventory with promotional plans.
 5. Facilitate vendor engagement by organizing training sessions, aligning vendor resources with sales teams, and supporting joint customer calls.
 6. Conduct competitive analysis by customer segment and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
 7. Track and report on Lenovo’s market position and performance metrics using spreadsheets and internal tools.
 8. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage claims processes and ensure compliance with promotional and product lifecycle guidelines.
Position Requirements
 9. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
 10. Proven experience in internal sales, account management, or sales coordination within enterprise, public sector, or reseller environments.
 11. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools; ability to handle complex spreadsheets and reporting tasks.
 12. Strong understanding of sales cycles, promotional planning, and vendor-client alignment.
 13. Experience managing multiple accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
 14. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
 15. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
 16. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment; occasional travel to Farnborough and customer sites may be required.
