You will receive a finished script + and VO. Your job is to transform the voiceover/script into a high-retention, visually clear longform video using stock footage, text overlays, and simple medical/educational visuals.
Video Length & Volume:
1–2 longform videos per week
Length: 8–18 minutes
Key Style (what we want):
Contextual stock footage: B-roll that matches the narration word-for-word, not generic filler
Dynamic text overlays: key words, numbers, and short headings (e.g., "34% risk") — clean, readable, subtle motion
Medical / scientific visuals: anatomy diagrams, organ/spine illustrations, simple 2D explainer elements when needed
Subtle motion graphics: gentle zooms/pans (Ken Burns), smooth transitions, calm pacing suitable for an older audience
Clean branding: consistent font + color palette that communicates trust
Responsibilities:
Visual storytelling: find and sync high-quality stock footage to the script (precise contextual matching)
Text overlays: create clean, readable on-screen text for steps, timing, numbers, and key terms
Medical assets: integrate anatomical diagrams/illustrations and simple animations to make concepts easy to understand
Pacing & flow: professional structure with clear signposting and smooth transitions (not overly flashy)
Audio: level voiceover, add subtle background music/SFX where appropriate (clean and unobtrusive)
Consistency: basic color matching across mixed stock sources
Requirements:
Proven experience with faceless YouTube and/or explainer-style editing
Strong skill in contextual B-roll (you understand the script and illustrate it precisely)
Access to stock footage libraries (Storyblocks / Envato Elements / etc.) or ability to source high-quality royalty-free assets
Proficiency in Premiere Pro (and ideally After Effects for simple motion graphics)
Reliable communication and consistent delivery (long-term collaboration)
Music / Assets:
We may use Epidemic Sound, but you can also use your own licensed music workflow if it's clean and copyright-safe.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
