We would like to welcome care assistants for days and nights. We would like to have the flexibility for full-time positions.
Your job role is to deliver "outstanding" care. You should be able to deliver over and beyond for our residents. You should make them happy with your approach and engagement.
Previous experience is not necessary but a positive attitude is essential. We will train you to become good at what you do, and supports your career progression as well.
Various shift patterns:
8 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 8 pm and 8 pm till 8 am. You will have to be flexible to do any shifts. Yes, we are also considerate of individual circumstances.
What is involved in working as a care assistant?
* Support our residents with personal care.
* Help with meals
* Assisting to walk
* Helping our residents to meet their continence needs
* Write the care notes in digital mobile devices
* Apply creams
* Bring happiness and a smile to your face
* Work as a part of the team
* Engage our residents with activities
* Attends staff meetings and training
