The Opportunity
As Business Development Manager, your focus is simple: build new relationships, unlock opportunities, and expand market presence.
You’ll lead new business across medium to large organisations, shaping partnerships that connect strategy, service design and digital delivery. Working closely with senior leadership and consulting teams, you’ll help define propositions and create real commercial impact.

You bring proven experience in B2B business development within service design, innovation or digital services.
You’re confident generating new opportunities, building relationships and shaping commercial proposals. You understand how to position complex services clearly and create value for clients.
You’re proactive, commercially aware and motivated by building meaningful client partnerships.
