Position: 40 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home
Role type: Bank role, flexible shifts.
Responsibilities
 * Ensure all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well‑maintained to create a comfortable environment for residents and staff.
 * Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to meet health and safety standards.
 * Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements.
 * Build positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
 * Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
 * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * A genuine passion for creating a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
