Job Description
You will deal with a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters on behalf of individual clients covering the following:
* Sales and Purchases
* New Build
* Re-mortgages
* Registered and Unregistered Properties
* Shared Ownership
* Leases
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with 1‑3 years PQE experience in Residential Conveyancing matters.
* Experience of handling multiple conveyancing cases.
* Excellent communicator, both verbally and non‑verbally.
* Able to manage timelines, deadlines and documentation.
