You will be joining our small but friendly and highly skilled team of seven people, who are committed to delivering an exceptional service to colleagues and stakeholders. Job Description The Head of the team is dedicated to delivering a first-class customer service, taking a open and transparent approach to information requests and resolving challenging requests informally where possible. The role will support the design and delivery of key, high-profile visits from government and parliament. Person specification You'll be comfortable supporting the Agency with complex proactive and reactive information requests, aiming to deliver accurate and timely responses reflecting the Agency's position. You will be proficient in collaborating across a wide group of internal and external stakeholders, building relationships to succeed in your role and gently challenging when necessary.
