Join us as a Facilities Services Engineer and help maintain the systems and environments that make this possible.
As part of our dedicated electrical facilities team, you'll work under the guidance of the Facilities Services Delivery Manager to manage and assess key systems across communal living areas and office environments. Your focus will include:
* PAT testing
* Maintenance of specialist toilet units
* Oversight of contractor activity on-site
* Using Bromford's digital tools to keep precise records and contribute to planned and reactive maintenance tasks, providing responsive, high-quality service to our customers and teams.

What we're looking for:
* Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or compliance-related services
* An understanding of electrical, water, fire, and asbestos safety
* A customer-focused attitude with safety as a priority
* Organised, tech-savvy, and confident with digital systems
* Mechanical or electrical knowledge (or both)
We would love you to have (or be willing to work towards):
* PAT Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2377)
* Basic Electrical Maintenance training
* Asbestos Duty to Manage (DTM01)
* Geberit and Clos-o-Mat service training
