Your Role:
🟢 Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of SEN pupils
🟢 Develop and implement EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) to track student progress and meet individual needs
🟢 Work closely with TAs and learning support staff to provide effective classroom support
🟢 Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment that allows every child to thrive
🟢 Engage with parents and carers to ensure a collaborative approach to student development
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – SEN experience preferred
✔️ A deep understanding of differentiated teaching methods and inclusive education
✔️ Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
✔️ A commitment to professional development and continuous learning
