Role Overview The Authentication Guarantee Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for managing staff and ensuring all team members are properly trained and working at the highest capacity. The core purpose is to build and lead a high-performing authentication team that consistently delivers accurate authentication results whilst creating an environment where team members develop their expertise and take pride in getting it right for every collector. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive industry knowledge of trading cards (sports and TCG), be an expert in Collectors authentication and grading standards, and will add experience and depth to our authentication team through both their expertise in the content and their training and leadership skills.
