Up to 15 hours per week, this will be delivered Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP Pay rate- £13.85ph PAYE- £17.28ph UMB The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme and ensure the building is kept up to standard as required. There will also be regular welfare checks, healthy and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.
