First Call Contract Services is recruiting for Mail Sorters in Tyneside on behalf of Royal Mail.
ASAP start dates !!!
Pay: £14.48 -£15.74
Shifts:
Earlies - Monday - Friday 7am - 2pm and 7am - 7pm Saturday and Sunday
Lates - starts anytime between 12 - 2pm until 10pm
Nights - starts anytime between 9:30pm - 7:30pm (1-2am-8am, 9:30pm-7:30am or 10:30pm-7:30am)
Contract: Seasonal
Main Duties:
* Unloading mail and parcels
* Sorting items by postcode and moving them through the warehouse
* Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines - some teams sort over a million items in a single shift!
* Adhering health & safety protocols.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills
* Can stand for long periods during shifts
* Work well as a team
* Can push trolleys up to 250kg and lift mail bags up to 11kg
