Join the team at our International Head Office in York as Head of Facility Management Strategy and Governance and you will be working with key stakeholders to devise and oversee implementation of the new comprehensive UK and European FM Strategy to ensure compliance, best practice and standardisation to achieve cost efficiencies. You will advise in relation to all aspects of hard & soft FM services through Central Control and Local Implementation principles, resolve non-compliance issues and reduce risks. What's in it for me?

Responsibilities
We're looking for someone with experience in a senior FM role and who is able to lead and develop a UK and European wide FM Strategy to utilise best practice, ensure compliance and introduce cost efficiencies. The ideal candidate will also be confident with an ability to act with autonomy in making key decisions & judgements and to work closely with a number of key Stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate may also have experience in the modular industry and hold the following qualifications: NEBOSH, RICS, IOSH, IWFM. A knowledge of French or German would be desirable as would being able to demonstrate experience working in Facility Management in various European Countries.
