Hours: 5-day working week across Monday-Saturday (08:30 - 18:00)

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and surpass vehicle sales, finance & insurance, and profitability targets
* Inspire, coach, and develop a high‑calibre team to peak performance
* Ensure operational excellence across stock management, budgeting, and showroom standards
* Embodily promote the values of a premium automotive brand at every customer touchpoint
* Contribute to the broader leadership team on group strategy and business development
