The Role
We’re seeking a meticulous and commercially astute junior quantity surveyor to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing costs, contracts, and procurement across a range of specialist projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
*
Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts
*
As the Quantity Surveyor you will monitor project progress and control costs throughout the life-cycle
*
Conduct site visits and liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
*
Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations
*
The Quantity Surveyor will help provide detailed reports and financial forecasts to senior management
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within fenestration, or construction sectors with NEC or JCT experience
*
Strong understanding of building regulations, contract law, and procurement processes
*
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
*
Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office
*
The Quantity Surveyor will be degree qualified ideally.
