You’ll understand the local catchments, the challenges and successes of each and every store. You’ll develop a strategy for each to drive awareness and market share and work with the wider team to provide insight and develop plans that deliver against these strategies. You’ll be responsible for the marketing materials and activation within our stores from signage to sales support and product/campaign promotion, looking at how we drive conversion, increase profit and drive advocacy. You’ll own the promotional/trading calendar driving initiatives that will improve sales and ensure stores are informed of all activity and prepared to deliver.Your key objectives will be to maintain brand standards within our stores and support efforts to grow Motorpoint’s turnover, awareness, market share and key message recall in our existing and new store catchments.What will you be getting up to?Actively understand the local catchment areas for each of our existing and new stores, pulling data and insight together, seeking out trends and data, analysing competitor and store activity, talking to our colleagues to identify their challenges and opportunities to produce local store strategiesProvide the wider team with relevant information/strategies to activate local media BAU plans. Provide new insight to relevant parties as environments, stores and competition changeDrive sales performance in our focus stores, buy identifying our biggest opportunity stores, which mechanics and relevant activity to do so. This will include proposing, agreeing and implementing new conversion/promotional activation Working with commercial and web development teams to ensure proposed activity is commercially viable and can be delivered across our platforms as well as marketing channels owners to develop and deploy media plans.
