As a Project Coordinator in our Property team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Capital Investment programme. Responsibilities
* Support the coordination and delivery of multiple asset replacement, maintenance, and compliance projects, ensuring alignment with program timelines and objectives.
* Take ownership of lower‑value compliance programmes (e.g. asbestos and fire risk assessment remediation) with end‑to‑end responsibility.
* Maintain detailed project plans, trackers and schedules, ensuring all stages of the project lifecycle are accurately managed.
* Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks, delays and issues.
* Act as a central coordination point between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
* Ensure proper use and administration of the central project management tool, recording all key project steps and milestones.
* Support financial tracking across the programme, including raising purchase orders and managing invoices.
* Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with internal governance processes.
* Organise and support project meetings, including scheduling and minute‑taking.
* Identify and implement improvements to project coordination processes, driving greater efficiency and data accuracy.
Qualifications
* Experience supporting the delivery of multiple, concurrent projects in any professional environment.
* Exposure to coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, internal teams or external suppliers.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet) is desirable.
* Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
* Advanced Excel skills for tracking data and creating reports; confident with Word and PowerPoint.
* Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills, able to anticipate issues and maintain accurate project records.
* Able to assist with purchase orders and budget tracking.
* Eager to learn and develop project coordination skills in a professional environment.
Desirable Additional Qualifications
* Relevant project/program management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, APM Project Management Qualification).
* Degree or equivalent in any discipline; suitable for graduate‑level candidates.
