We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth. This role requires close collaboration with Chinese-speaking customers and partners, so fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow strategic accounts in the logistics and supply chain sector, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
* Act as the main point of contact for key clients, coordinating across internal teams (operations, sales, and customer service) to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling services.
* Lead negotiations of service agreements, pricing structures, and renewals.
* Ensure operational efficiency, timely delivery, and service quality across all customer touchpoints.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support business strategy.
* Prepare account performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, including China-based partners and suppliers.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and verbal).
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in key account management, logistics, or freight forwarding.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes (air, sea, land, and warehousing).
* Proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
