Job Title: Customer Service - Personal Banker (6 months), Bath
Join us as a Customer Service, Personal Banker in Bath.
Responsibilities include:
1. Guiding and supporting branch customers to achieve their financial goals.
2. Proactively enhancing the customer banking experience.
3. Achieving a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking with full training support.
4. Role duration: six months, ending on 31st December 2025.
5. This position does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.
What you'll do
As the first point of contact, you'll provide outstanding service, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience through:
* Proactive conversations to understand customer needs.
* Handling banking requests like payments, balance inquiries, and transfers.
* Explaining banking options and services.
* Identifying opportunities to assist with financial products and collaborating with teams.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary: £26,010 pro rata. Benefits include:
