Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Administrator role based in Witney. The Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the consultancy team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and client‑facing appointments. Daily tasks include preparing and formatting documents and presentations, maintaining accurate records and databases, and handling incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner. The role will also involve supporting event coordination, managing office supplies and basic facilities needs, and assisting with the preparation of reports, client packs, and meeting agendas. The Administrator will collaborate closely with consultants to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, meet deadlines, and maintain a well‑organised, efficient working environment.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, including diary management, document preparation, and record‑keeping.
* Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and clear approach to emails, calls, and client interactions.
* High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency when handling documents, data, and confidential information.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, consultancy environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to support team members at all levels.
* Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role, ideally within professional services or consultancy, is beneficial.
* Comfort working on‑site in Witney on a full‑time basis; reliable, proactive, and resourceful work style.
* Relevant vocational qualification, certificate, or degree in administration, business, or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
